2025 Scholarship Application
Requirements/Guidelines
-Must be a child or grandchild of a Local 166 member
-Must maintain a "C" average
-Must be accepted by an accredited college
-Must be enrolled Full-Time (at least 12 credit hours per semester) in an undergraduate degree program
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY JULY 9, 2025 (July Union Meeting)
Recipients will be drawn on August 20, 2025 (August Union Meeting)
Applicants will be notified by September 10, 2025 (September Union Meeting)
$1,500 tuition scholarship awarded to each winner
**You are NOT ELIGIBLE if your tuition expense is already covered 100% by other grants, scholarships, or employer assistance. This information will be verified prior to award.
Required documents can be uploaded to the application below, mailed to the Local 166 Union Hall (2930 West Ludwig Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46818), or emailed to Megan ([email protected]).
*Copy of Birth Certificate (proving relation to member)
*Acceptance by an accredited college (Upcoming Fall class schedule)
*H.S. or College grade transcript, certified to be true and complete by proper school officials. (Must be embossed or sealed or sent via Parchment)
